A Road Less Traveled (1 Kings 15:25-16:34; 2 Chronicles 17)

Some roads in life are less traveled than others, and that was certainly the case for Jehoshaphat and his reign in Judah.  Jehoshaphat walked in the way of the Lord and led the people in a way that was honorable to Him.  Contrasted with the other kings of the time, Jehoshaphat's life was a model, and the outcomes for Judah were a reminder of the Lord's promise to the Israelites that He would bless them if they chose to walk in His ways.  Following the Lord isn't easy.  If it was, then everybody would be following Him today, and they would have been following Him then, too.  To choose to follow the Lord opens your life up to the blessings that are along that path.  Are you traveling down the road less traveled?
