How far do you have to go before reality sets in?  That's really the question that I want to ask the Israelites during the time of the Judges.  Thankfully, there was a breaking point.  God finally got their attention as they realized the utter depravity of the Tribe of Benjamin in the violation and murder of the woman.  The tragedy is that it didn't need to go there.  They could have come to their senses sooner.  So much was lost as a result of their sin and resulting civil war.  How far would God have to go to get your attention?  What tragedy would need to strike in your life before you realized that you weren't on the right path anymore?  Wouldn't it be wonderful if you didn't have to get to that point?  If you saw the warning signs early and submitted to Him before it was too late?
