I started a new class today called "Leadership in Ministry."  It's part of my Master of Ministry program at Anderson University in Anderson, South Carolina.  A required reading for the class is one of my favorite books on leadership: Spiritual Leadership by J. Oswald Sanders.   For part of the class I have to keep a leadership journal, and I will be keeping it here on the blog.  So in the coming days you will see my various thoughts on leadership interspersed with updates regarding our Brazil planning.  I hope you will feel free to post your comments on my leadership thoughts.  I would enjoy getting some good dialogue going on here.  My first post on leadership will begin tomorrow.  See you then!
