Don ‘ t forget the path (Titus)

June 9, 2008 By Seth Leave a Comment

Sometimes it’s easy for those who have been following Christ for some length of time to forget what life was like before they committed their lives to Him.  There can be a tendency to look down, even, on those who are new followers of Christ and have not yet progressed very far in their journey.  Therefore, it’s important that the seasoned Christian to remember where Christ has brought him and where he came from.  He or she cannot forget the life he once lived lest he be tempted to think that he is where he is by his own accord.  Seasoned followers of Christ are who they are simply because of Christ’s work in them and not because of any work of their own.
