Patrick Lencioni shared a bit about his new book on satisfaction in the workplace. According to Lencioni, job misery comes about from three ways:
- Anonymity – management not knowing who we are
- Irrelevance – feeling like the work we do doesn’t affect people
- Immeasurement – having no way of measuring success of our work
